Estimated delivery times may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in order communications. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances including customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, local delivery conditions, product availability, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once tracking information becomes available, it may be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, name, telephone number, and contact information when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
